WHAT IS LA LOMA?

La Loma is a mixed-use commercial development in the geographical center of Laredo, Texas. As
the city and its port continues to develop, the demand for social, office, and residential spaces
is on the rise. This $70 million development will turn an existing structure into a live-work-play
facility just outside of the Laredo central business district. La Loma will be the first of its kind in Laredo, setting the stage for the next era of growth on the border.

La Loma as a whole will be separated into three distinct subdevelopments. These
subdevelopments are going to include retail space, multi-family units, and offices. In developing a live-work-play space, we will
foster a professional and engaging environment. Those who live and work on-site will have ready
access to their offices as well as to our Trade Club professional development center. This will also
create built-in foot traffic for our retailers.
